*Cook frozen riced cauliflower in microwave for 4 minutes, then put in casserole dish.
*Add 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp Old Bay
seasoning, 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 oz provel (or provolone) cheese,
salt and pepper and stir.
* Cover whole top with good quality American cheese.
* Bake a 400 about 20 minutes.
