Cheddar Herb Flatbread/Biscuits

These are great as a simple side with butter or use to make lunch meat sandwiches.  One of our favorites is to use them to make sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches.

Double the basil and garlic and bake in a muffin pan (with liners) and these taste very similar the the cheddar garlic biscuits at Red Lobster!
