Steamed
broccoli, diced smoked sausage, bone (or chicken) broth, splash of
heavy cream, salt and pepper. Topped with 2 eggs and cheddar cheese. I
make the eggs sunny-side up so when you break the yolk it becomes part
of the sauce. YUM! And simple.
Side of Hot Buttered Sweet "Rice" for a bit of sweetness after.
