Passion fruit brat with "honey" Dijon dip
Grilled Chinese spiced baby cabbage
Grilled sweet ginger & soy zucchini
Steamed sugar snap peas
Rustic faux-wheat bread with cinnamon salted caramel butter




Marinated brats in Henry's passion fruit hard sparking water several hours. Put the whole pan on the grill and boiled about 40 minutes. Then put the brats on the grill for about 5 minutes. Very moist and just slightly fruity tasting.
Made a simple honey Dijon dip using Dijon and Walden Farms pancake syrup.





Marinated zucchini in a little gluten-free soy sauce and sugar-free ginger syrup and then grilled. Used the leftover sauce as a dip.



For your bread... butter, sugar free salted caramel syrup and cinnamon. Whisk well.
