It's
been a long time since I've had Gooey Butter Cake and this has a little
different texture since it's a pie, but definitely had the same feel.
It's a cross between a cheesecake and custard.
I used birch
xylitol in mine instead of the stevia blend. I also reduced the
sweetener in the filling to half a cup and it was plenty sweet. 3 net carbs.
