Bacon Steaks

A bonus of living in a farm and raising your own pigs? Bacon as big as your hand. I call these bacon steaks. 

I encourage everyone to find a local farm for your meat source. Visit the farm, look around and ask questions... what ingredients are in the meat, do the animals look clean and happy?
