If
you have leftover soft desserts, like cake with icing, lay individual
slices on a parchment lined baking sheet, freeze just until hard. Then
you can wrap in foil, place in a freezer bag and keep in the freezer.
Be sure to label with carb count. When I don't feel like making dessert
(or, umm, forget), I just pull out leftovers to thaw.
