🎄🎅 No-Cook Low Carb Eggnog🎄🎅

I know there are LC eggnog recipes online, but I always just whip it up on-the-fly and taking time to cook a custard-base and let it cool just isn't something I want to do. So, I thought I'd share how I make it in just a few minutes. There is one ingredient you might need to order or pick up at your health food/baking store ~ eggnog flavor or oil. I use Lorann brand and always keep it on-hand.

Add to a large Mason jar:

⛄16 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
⛄2 oz heavy cream
⛄2 tsp eggnog flavor (or to taste)
⛄1/2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
⛄1/4 tsp nutmeg (or to taste)
⛄4-6 squirts/drops liquid 0 carb sweetener (or to taste)

Put lid on jar, shake hard, and serve. Serves 2-3.
