Banana Split Popsicles


Made an easy, very low carb snack this morning for the kids. It's going to be hot today, so a popsicle will be really nice for their afternoon snack. 
 
I also love homemade treats that take time to set because it teaches the kids patience and they learn everything in life isn't about instant gratification.
 
1c heavy whipping cream (HWC)
1c Unsweetened almond milk
2oz sugar-free flavored syrup
1 tsp complimentary extract
 
Blend, fill molds, freeze 2+ hours

Low Carb Souffle

White cheddar souffle courtesy of my hubby so I could have a night off from cooking.

He uses this recipe.  Gluten Free Miracle Souffles  He always uses cream cheese, but mixes up the other two cheeses. As long as you use the same total (18.5 oz) it always turns out great.

Double Everything Breakfast Sandwich

Double Everything Breakfast Sandwiches. For dinner. 🤣 Lots of protein and about 8 net carbs.

2 sausage patties, 2 Canadian bacon, 2 eggs, 2 cheese on Outer Aisle Cauliflower sandwich thins.

Sides of cheesy Pomodoro cauliflower rice (Wal-mart brand; frozen veggie section) and raw red bell pepper.
