Pan-seared Scallops

This is the type of meal I could eat just about every day. Scallops pan-seared in butter, pork rinds & onion dip, and left over Valentine's Day cake. 😋 

I get my pan rippin' hot, add butter and a little olive oil, and sear on one side for 3 minutes. Flip and add a little seasoning to the seared tops. Cook another 1 ½ minutes, and they're done.

Very low carb, but high in protein. 💪
