Egg Roll in a Bowl

3 out of 5 people in the house liked this a lot. 1 thought it was "ok". The youngest didn't like it. I personally loved it (and had seconds which I don't do often)! 

I used ground beef and added a little bit of Dijon for some tang. I used 2.25 lbs of beef to 1 bag of cabbage and thought it was a good ratio.
