Out on a gorgeous day by myself for some Mommy-alone-time. Shopping
and the STL Symphony are the plan. And lunch. I could cheat... no one
is with me. But I'm not.
Smoked turkey, green beans, side
salad and coffee. About 4 net carbs. I have some Lily's chocolate in
my purse for dessert, so add 1 more carb.
